Demonstrated capability
A meaningful record of work, accomplishment, service, creation, leadership, or expertise.
A selective institutional body of accomplished people whose experience, judgment, relationships, and capabilities can strengthen what S.E.V.O.W.N. is able to undertake.

The Grand 400 is not simply a list of notable people. It is a body S.E.V.O.W.N. can develop relationships with across the seven Grand Strategy domains, increasing the range of knowledge, judgment, access, and practical capability available to the institution.
Association does not imply that every member works on every matter. It establishes a recognized relationship from which introductions, counsel, collaboration, nominations, programs, and future institutional work may develop.

The ability to understand situations, exercise discretion, and contribute constructively.
Evidence that achievement can strengthen people, organizations, communities, or what follows.
S.E.V.O.W.N. identifies a person whose record aligns with one or more Grand Strategy domains.
An introduction establishes context, interest, and an initial relationship with the institution.
Where there is mutual fit, the relationship develops through participation, counsel, or contribution.
Greater responsibility follows demonstrated trust, contribution, and institutional value.
Candidate identification is a pathway into the Grand 400, not the identity of the institution itself. Existing candidate criteria and introduction materials remain available while the broader Grand 400 develops.
Its purpose is to connect human capability to S.E.V.O.W.N.'s wider program of stewardship through value creation.
